Description

- Kineseology & Pathology
- 75 hrs
The study of the musculoskeletal and neuromuscular systems of
the body will build a deeper understanding of body movements,
muscular tensions, and imbalances that arise as a result of various
body stresses.
- Structural Balancing
- 50 hrs
Clinical massage begins with a solid understanding of the body
and its functions. We must understand a variety of modalities
in our approach to structural balancing and be able to make appropriate
choices as to how each individual needs to be treated without
a preconception of ideas.
The best results come about by an educated approach to the bodywork
designed for the individual. We will begin with Postural Analysis
and address Deep tissue, Sports Massage, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular
Therapy and Positional Release.
- Asian Bodyworks
- 50 hrs
Students will learn traditional eastern approaches to bodyworks
and energy meridians. Training in eastern modalities will better
hone therapist skills, focus and insight.
- Nutrition and Health
- 15 hrs
The "Methodist" school of thought taught
health through the use of bathing, exercise, massage, diet, and
the use of a few drugs. As Massage Therapists, we exemplify this
healthcare process. Beginning with our own bodies we nurture those
who seek our gifts.
